It Comic-Con Trailer Released

Well, the fallout from San Diego Comic-Con 2017 has begun in the best way possible. Today marks the release of the Stephen King’s It Comic-Con trailer.

Just as with the previous teasers for the 2017 film directed by Andrés Andy Muschietti, It looks simply awesome. If the film pans out as expected, this could be one of the best horror films in years. In all fairness, we shouldn’t expect any less from one of Stephen King’s most iconic novels.

There really isn’t a lot to say about this new trailer. It’s tense, dark, and sadistic. It truly is everything that a film based on the source material should be. The trailer also shows a little bit more of Pennywise the Clown, played by Bill Skarsgård, than the previous teasers. We even get to hear him speak for the first time which was eerie in itself.

Like we said before, there’s isn’t much else to say. It is, by far, our most anticipated film of the year even over Star Wars: The Last Jedi. For as great as the 1991 television miniseries of the story was at times, this new film could blow that one out of the water if it lives up to expectations.

It opens in theaters on September 8th. Just scroll down and watch the trailer already.
